"Snowbirds and RV Travelers" (Canada's Active RV Guide)

Thursday, February 25, 2016.  I zipped into Wal-Mart for a quick browse and didn't see anything of interest until I strolled down the magazine aisle where I came across a magazine I never noticed before so I picked up a copy.  It's called "Snowbirds and RV Travelers" (Canada's Active RV Guide).  Looks like a decent magazine and reminds me of "RV West" magazine.  It has some good articles and other worthwhile reading, so check it out.  

And even take a look at RV West!

We're sure you won't be disappointed with either of these magazines, we certainly aren't.

Spring Camping?

Thursday, February 6, 2016.  Camping in late April.  Is it too early to camp in April.  For one reason or another our chauffeur, David, has taken the last week in April off for a quick early spring vacation.  But where can we go....?  In April, no less.

For now, the US is out of the question because of the low Canadian dollar (the Olympic Peninsula was our mostly firm plan before the Canadian nosedived) however it can still be winter in other parts of Canada so we need to think long and hard about where we will be taking Serenity this April.  We're thinking about Banff so hopefully Mother Nature is on our side and we have an early Spring all around and Banff is a viable option for us.
